In the first 40 years of my life and career, I successfully climbed the global corporate ladder and earned my MBA while working full-time as a single mom. I continued to earn certifications and awards to "prove my worth." However, these achievements came at the cost of broken relationships, fear of failure, financial insecurity, juggling multiple demands, and high-stress levels. At that point, I was at a crossroads in my life. I felt stuck and uncertain about overcoming my challenges.
To find a way forward, I immersed myself in holistic life and servant leadership practices and sought guidance from mentors and professional coaches worldwide. Through their support, I could break free of self-limiting beliefs and behaviors, clarify my life's purpose, and find my path. This journey transformed my life in tremendous ways and continues to delight me.

To help others navigate similar challenges, I established CMY Consulting LLC in 2007 and created the EEPath Guide, a leadership and life coaching system based on my extensive training and multi-faceted experience.
