Success and Self-Discovery

In the first 30 years of my adult life and career, I successfully climbed the global corporate ladder while earning my MBA and working full-time as a single mom. I continued to earn certifications and awards to "prove my worth." However, these achievements came at the cost of broken relationships, fear of failure, financial insecurity, juggling multiple demands, and high stress levels. At that point, I was at a crossroads in my life. I felt stuck and uncertain about overcoming my challenges.

To find a way forward, I immersed myself in holistic life and servant leadership practices, seeking guidance from mentors and professional coaches worldwide. Through their support, I was able to break free from self-limiting beliefs and behaviors, clarify my life's purpose, and discover my path. This journey transformed my life in tremendous ways and continues to delight me.

In 2007, I proudly launched CMY Consulting LLC to help others tackle similar challenges with confidence. I developed the EEPath Guide, an inspiring leadership and life coaching system rooted in my extensive training and diverse experience.

As I embark on major changes in my life and business in 2025, I have a renewed commitment to what truly matters in life and to making meaningful contributions to our community.
 
Thanks to the practices I use and coach, I feel resilient and resourceful to overcome and heal from breast cancer. Encouraged by my incredible network, I am refocused on my business and created the Aloha Advantage program.
