Choose to Thrive, Not Just Survive

With all the natural disasters and atrocities happening around the world, I contemplated what would be relevant and appropriate to post. I did not post a blog in August due to many changes to take EEpath and my life to another level.

Last week, I was ready to announce exciting news but it did not seem right to feel so joyous while people in other places in our world are losing loved ones, homes, basic necessities, safety and security.

What's happening in the real world reminds us to be grateful for what we have. I amazed on how strong our human spirit to persevere, help each other, overcome adversity, and LIVE. And sometimes what may appear to be evil and threatening or the "dark-side" can actually serve as lessons for us to pause and remember who we are and what life is really all about.

Like in the HBO show, Game of Thrones, the fight is not amongst each other for power and fame, the fight is against Death. Why do we feel more alive when we are at war, feel stress or in constant struggle -- whether it be real or virtual reality?

Is it possible to believe and have faith in something bigger and more powerful to keep us inspired and motivated from within to live fully each day with balance and harmony? Can we appreciate the good without having to face and overcome the bad?

I truly believe and have faith that each person has the choice and ability to thrive, not just survive, to lead and live your best life now with peace, joy, balance and harmony.

I invite you to take a pause now to be mindful with an attitude of gratitude starting with yourself. In your journal, reflect and write your answers to these three questions:

  1. What is already going well in my life?

  2. What part of my life energizes me the most?

  3. What do I feel most proud of myself?

I would love to have a cup of coffee or tea with you to listen, learn about you and share more on how to THRIVE in your life. Come and visit me at my new office located in the Honolulu Club building at 932 Ward Avenue, Honolulu. Visit EEpath.com for more information and schedule a complimentary consultation.
